1) Measures to prevent compressed liquid
It is well known that liquid cannot be compressed in the compressor (liquid can be refrigerant liquid and oil). If there is too much liquid in the cylinder, the connecting rod and piston may break.
#1 The compressor is equipped with an oil heater.
#2 A liquid accumulator (gas-liquid separator) is equipped in the suction line.
2) Compressor pressure protection
#1 High pressure protection: prevent the exhaust pressure from being too high
#2 Low pressure protection: prevent the suction pressure from being too low.
#3 The compressor is equipped with a safety valve or oil film.
#4 Oil pressure difference protection: ensure that the compressor has enough oil.
#5 Two-stage compressors are equipped with medium pressure protection.
