Product description:
These refrigeration units are equipped with Bitzer screw compressors. Horsepower from 40HP to 500HP. Temperature from +15℃ to -40℃. These compressors have very long service life, but need to ensure that your engineers team have experience to handle it. Oil control is important.
Nomenclature:
1-1# Medium temperature (CSH series, compact screw compressors)
Usually we’ll use these compressors for ice machines, water chiller and chiller room, etc.
1-2# Medium temperature (HSK series, semi-hermetic screw compressors)
These compressors are semi hermetic, so its performance is better.
2# Low temperature (HSN series, semi hermetic screw compressors)
Usually we’ll use these compressors for blast freezer, tunnel freezer and spiral freezer (IQF), etc.
- Condensing temperature is +45℃.
- For 220/3/60Hz, 380V/3P/60Hz and 440V/3P/60 power, its capacity and input would be 20% bigger.
- More models are available, such as low temp 5x rack and low temp 6x rack.
