Air blast freezer is suitable for products, which stacking in trolleys. Sizes of these products could be variable, or big sizes. Usually we’ll use room temperature -35C, but -45C, even -50C is possible if need shock freezing performance. Compressors could be German Bitzer screw compressors, or Bitzer two stages compressors, or Fusheng two stages screw compressors.

By this evaporator, the installation and maintenance would be easier.

Trolley sizes and weight could be based on your standards. For example, 1.2×1.0meter and 300kg, 1.0×0.8meter and 200kg.
