Plate freezer is widely used for products in block shapes, such as fish, seafood, meat and so on. It has hydraulic station, which move the evaporative aluminum plates up and down. So different blocks could be touched by two sides, and enjoy much better freezing performance.
1# Standard models
Freezing capacity is based on 590x390x60mm, 10kg tray. Different trays have different capacity.
- These are just our standard models. More models are available.
- Refrigerant could be either R404A, R507A or R717 (Ammonia), etc
- Compressor could be German Bitzer, GEA Bock, or other brands.
- Compressor unit could be mounted with these plate freezers, or outside in the machine rooms.
