Product description:

Containerized blast freezer is suitable for products (seafood, meat, etc), which stacking in trolleys or pallets. Usually we’ll use room temperature -35C to -45C, even -50C is possible if need shock freezing performance. Compressors could be German Bitzer screw compressors, or Bitzer two stages compressors.

 

1# With two-sides blowing evaporator

By this evaporator, the installation and maintenance would be easier.

(Note: materials and components would be subject to your own design and quotation).

This is how it looks like:

Trolley sizes and weight could be based on your standards, but need to meet with internal dimension of container. For example, 1.2×1.0meter and 300kg, 1.0×0.8meter and 200kg.

Here it’s one project with this two-sides blowing evaporator. Products are seafood (yellow fin tuna, squid, etc). Matching with 60HP Bitzer screw compressor.

 

 

2# With roof mounted evaporator

By this evaporator, the blast freezer could be taller, and space-saving.

  1. Freezing capacity and freezing time are based on your need.
  2. Usually we’ll use 60Hp, 70HP, 75HP, 2x50HP and 125HP German Bitzer screw compressors
  3. Freezing performance is same for either two-sides blowing evaporators or roof mounted evaporators.
