# Flake ice machine
It’s for seafood, poultry and meat, etc. Usually the ice drum is made by carbon steel. But if need to meet higher food grade standards, we’ll use stainless steel 304, or stainless steel 316L.
Compressor units could be mounted with the ice drum, or mounted separated and installed in a machine room.
# Tube ice machine
This ice is used for beverage, drinks, and other cooling. So usually we’ll use more stainless steel parts.
# Cube ice machine
In some countries, people prefer cube ice instead of tube ice. So we give one more option for the ice. It’s meeting food safety standard, so could eat or drink them.
# Plate ice machine
This ice is bigger and thicker. It could last longer. So this is why it’s better for some projects.
