Rapid door is designed for logistic industry, with fast, efficient, safe and reliable function. To meet with frequent entry and exit purpose, and to replace door curtain or air curtain.

- Curtain: 0.8-1.0MM thick high-density polyester fiber base fabric.
- Window: 1.5MM thick, a fully transparent soft version.

APPLICATIONS
Suitable for frequent entrances and exits. For example: processing room, food workshop, etc.
Door frame and box cover material:
2.0mm high-quality cold-rolled steel structure (motor base plate is 4.0mm), high-quality automotive paint spraying (or electrostatic powder spraying process).
Sealing:
Dense brushes are inlaid on both sides of the rails to reduce noise, and a weighted airtight layer is installed at the bottom, which can be tightly combined with various uneven floors
Safety device 1:
Infrared safety photoelectric, when falling, the object blocks the light and bounces up to protect the safety of people or objects. When closing the door, if someone or logistics passes by to block the light, the safety photoelectric immediately passes through the control box, the motor changes the direction of movement, and the door body returns to the top of the door to ensure that people and logistics are not harmed.
Mechanical safety device (optional):
Automatic derailment system. Power unit: German LENZE (or NORD) motor, original reducer, three-phase 380V50HZ, IP55
0.75-1.5KV is equipped with temperature-sensitive relay motor protection, overload protection, and rotary encoder limit.
Control unit:
PLC division programming control. The control box is equipped with the functions of rising, falling and stopping. The button switch is a low-voltage manual switch, which is safe and durable. The components are basically made of French Schneider or color special printed circuit board control box.
Frequency conversion speed regulation:
The opening and closing speed is adjustable from 06 to 15m/s, and both opening and closing are soft start.
Power failure emergency device:
The power failure manual rocker is convenient for opening or closing the rolling door. Automatic door closing system: The standard configuration includes an automatic door closing system (adjustable time).
Automatic door opening method:
There are double-sided pull ropes, remote control, geomagnetic ring induction, and radar as optional additional control methods.
