These evaporators have been optimized for 13.0℃ air-in and above 11.5℃ air out temperature at an evaporating temperature of 7℃.
The S-shaped impeller with hyperboloid is designed to ensure the two-way air volume is same, and the temperature difference of all areas in the ripening room is controlled within + – 0.5 ℃.
